While watching Alyana's Fix My Life series on Own channel, I came across inspirational words she used to help alter or shift a mindset.
"Pin" which stands for:
Integrity - what you doing, saying, thinking all have to be in an alignment.
Nobility - speaks to good character. How you hold yourself within yourself will determine your experience and circumstance in your life.
When you use the Pin to make these shifts in your mindset, it will piss people off because they have grown accustom to who you were.
You must stay true even though you will lose people. If they aren't willing to shift with you, they maybe filling a need you no longer have.
So disinvite them from your life.
You are in control.
You must honor your heart and understand how you feel.
